Message	I respond to all email when I get in the evenings. I was or could still be having email problems. ISP??? I apologize if you did not get a response back. That problem seemed to creep up when I switched my site over. Not sure what all is involved in getting that fixed. I appreciate your critisism as it helps me to be more proficiant. When I give shipping deadlines it is at the time I give them realistic....with the volume of orders I have been handling time can quickly pass. I understand the frustration with this...and please remember Im only a phone call away. Its for this reason and many others Amy is going to be working all aspects of the business daily. I appreciate your concerns....specialty products...which this is...can someimes be very invloved and delay oriented. None of this is your problem and I NEED to get better at quoting accurate dates for shipping and such. One thing is for sure....you will like what you get :-) As far as your boots go....they are in the mail....I can send you tracking # later tonight if you wish. Thats part of the reason for this post.
